Michael has always been disappointed when trying so called Dark Chocolate cocoa mixes in the past because although yes they where darker then standard cocoas they weren't like the dark chocolate bars he so loves. So he set out to make his own with the goal that it not just be darker but to truly be like a dark chocolate bar

Makes 10, 8oz cups of Cocoa compared to 6 cups from your average 10 oz. hot cocoa mix. Just add your favorite hot Milk or Plant Based Mylk
