Based in the Southern Appalachian mountains of Western NC, Rayburn Farms grows herbs and spices for the region’s craft beverage and artisan food-makers.
Founders, Michael and Lauren Rayburn, started the farm in 2014 with a desire to explore their love of agriculture and experimentation. Rayburn Farms is known as the “farm to the brewers” of Asheville’s rapidly growing craft beer scene, bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase “Plow to Pint.” Each year, the Rayburns continue to hone their skills of growing the best tasting botanicals to inspire the creation of new and innovative recipes for beers, doughnuts, teas, and ice cream.
Now the Rayburns wish to share their specialty ingredients, story, and love for all things agriculture nationally for all lovers of flavor and aromas to enjoy.
