We've been growing ginger in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina for nearly a decade now, selling it largely fresh to wholesale customers. Now we are offering the same ginger in a more convenient longer lasting form.
Our Dried Ginger Chips comes from freshly harvested ginger which is then washed, sliced and dried.
Why buy chips when you can buy powder? We dry our ginger in chips because it allows it to be more versatile and helps to preserve the flavor longer by reducing the surface area of the ginger. You can simply add a bit to your tea, coffee or cocktail. You can chop, dice, mince or grinded it up to add to any recipe that calls for ginger.
